If we have scheduled your pet for a video consult, you will receive an invitation to your email for a Zoom meeting prior to your appointment. If you have not received this email within 3 hours before your appointment, please contact the hospital to confirm your email and have the link resent.

We ask that you keep your pet confined to a quiet, well-lit room with you just prior to your scheduled consult time, if we will be utilizing video. Having high value treats on hand can be helpful in getting your pet to cooperate with being on camera!

Your veterinarian will do their very best to start your consult at the scheduled time but unexpected delays from patients within the hospital can happen on occasion. We will contact you if your appointment will be delayed to keep you updated and appreciate your understanding while we do our best to offer comprehensive care to each of our patients.

After your consult, a team member will call you to collect payment over the phone. If the veterinarian prescribes any medications, you will pay for your consult over the phone when you come to do curbside pick-up!
