Dayton native Emma joined our team in January 2022. Emma started her education in human nursing. While working at a pet store, she quickly realized that her passion was geared toward veterinary medicine rather than human medicine and started a Veterinary Assistant education to follow her heart. She started working at Medvet Dayton in 2017 and then transferred to Medvet Toledo after graduation. To be closer to his family, she and her partner moved to Columbus and she is happy to have found her home with Health & Harmony! Emma has special interests in feline medicine and low-stress handling techniques. Outside of work, she enjoys singing and playing the ukulele, painting, cosplaying for conventions and festivals, and being outdoors discovering plants, mushrooms, and critters!
Emma currently resides in Westerville with her partner, Solomon. Together, they have 4 cats: calm and cuddly Teddy, snuggle-bug Christian, outgoing Clover, and her new kitten with lots of extra toes, Judeau!
